Uzumaki, The Eternal Spiral was an Old God in World of Horror that appeared in Build DD1 Pre-Alpha.
It has been removed before the DD15 Hotfix 3 Build.

Uzumaki's appearance resembles a massive, unending series of spirals.

SPIRAL MADNESS: Each picked up TRINKET item lowers REASON by 1.
