Tome of Rot is a book consumable in World of Horror.
Like many of the consumables of a similar type, the Tome of Rot is a weapon that is effective against one type of enemy.
This item can only be used in combat encounters with human-type enemies. Using the item will deal 8 damage to the enemy. It will be discarded after use and will add the Mangled Hand status effect.

Despite being a book, Tome of Rot seems to only be obtainable via the My Weird Collection perk or the History Club.
