Description[]
Toilet Ghost is an apparition, a phantom that haunts the School Bathroom. She is a Japanese high school girl who died in really unfortunate circumstances. Due to the place she died, the Toilet Ghost's face is heavily distorted, resembling a blackened void where her facial features should be. Instead, the only feature left are two eyes placed vertically on the right side of her face.

The Toilet Ghost can be encountered while investigating the School through the event School Bathroom by choosing the option "Close the door."
