Stalk-Chan is a Japanese high school girl who, like Bark Woman, have fused with the vegetation around her. Although not to the same level of extent as Bark Woman, Stalk-Chan's mutations is still serious as her eyes became slug-like stalks.

This enemy can be encountered while investigating Downtown.
