Scissor Woman (Horror) appears similar to a statue full of cracks and cysts, made up of three women's heads with connected mouths, the heads being turned 90 degrees. She is wearing a bloodied windbreaker, with the right hand sleeve being visible.

The only way to fight Scissor Woman is to perform the wrong ritual in Spine-Chilling Story of School Scissors mystery.
Scissor Woman (Horror) is stronger than Scissor Woman (with 10 more health and 7 more Power), who is summoned if the character performs the right ritual. However for high KNW characters, it's also a good way to get the powerful weapon Cursed Scissors.
Both bosses will cause character get injury Slit Mouth with her skill "Cut your face", which lowers your character's CHR and STR by 1.
