The Rusty Sickle is a weapon in World of Horror.
Acquisition[]
The only way to obtain Rusty Sickle is for Shiro-san, the Gardener to die, or to kill his true form, Shiro-san, the Garden whilst your character has either Dog ally or Pickpocket perk.
Extra Damage[]
The chance to deal extra damage seems to be about 1 in 5; if the bonus triggers, you will be notified about this in the combat log.
