Paranoia ( 瘋癲 ) is a mental Curse in World of Horror.
Additional Effects[]
- Having Paranoia will disable "LET GO" option from allies screen. Instead, another option called "KILL" will appear.
- Allies that grant bonuses after being let go will not grant their bonuses when they are killed. This affects 'Parting Gift' perk, YOICHI, ASATO and others.
- After killing an ally, "You kill [AllyName] for plotting against you!" will be written on the log. This will reward you with +1 Reason.
- Killing allies this way triggers the effect of K'Npha Ritual.
- Paranoia has stacking effects if multiple copies of it are possessed. One copy gives 25% chance of losing 1 reason when taking stamina damage, 2 copies gives 100% chance of losing 1 reason and 3 copies gives 100% chance of losing 2 reason.

- Though not stated in the description the effect only seems to trigger from damage incurred through combat.
