For the most part, Painkillers are partially identical to the medicine item 'Prescription Pills', except instead of recovering Reason they recover Stamina.
Acquisition[]
Painkillers are purchasable by default at the Pharmacy in the 'Hospital' location.
While visiting in the Doctor's Office at the 'Hospital' location, on the rightmost medicine cabinet in the top shelf in the picture is a clickable area. Upon clicking it, you gain 1 free Painkiller at no charge other than the +2% DOOM cost to enter.
