Pain Medication is a medical consumable item that is only unlocked after acquiring the World Doomed I achievement.

The direct opposite to the Experimental Drug when it comes to stats. An extremely useful way to recover Stamina, as outside the start of the game, you will rarely have Reason at/near maximum, making the penalty meaningless. It is rather costly to acquire, however.
