The Onyx Medallion is a starting item unique to Ayaka Kuroi. Her character description implies that the medallion contains the souls of those who refused to take part in her ritual.
Whenever Ayaka begins a new mystery, it will force two Curse statuses upon her, though she is able to remove any curse she gains; Ayaka cannot cure more than one Curse per mystery.

- It is possible for the Onyx Medallion to inflict two instances of the same curse at once, potentially doubling its effects if one is not cured.
- The Onyx Medallion cannot be discarded, traded, or stored in the player's storage box.
Bugs[]
- While it is not normally possible to store this item, if you save and then load a game it will be placed in storage along with all your other items.
