Insmasu Look ( インズマスルック ) is a Mutation curse in World of Horror. It applies gills to the character's portrait, and enables specific endings for Mysteries.

- You must enter the water. (-1 REASON)
- The underwater city is rising. (+1% DOOM) (despite the tooltip, its actual effect is -1 STAMINA)
Uses[]
Having a character inflicted with Insmasu Look enables another ending of Macabre Memoir of Morbid Mermaids. When the Mad Janitor is encountered, there is an option to show the character's gills to him and distract him. This will trigger the ending.
Trivia[]
- The Insmasu Look is a reference to the Innsmouth Look, an affliction suffered by the citizens of the titular town of Innsmouth in HP Lovecraft's book The Shadow Over Innsmouth. "Insmasu" is a transliteration of "Innsmouth".
