The Hunting Rifle is a bolt-action rifle and a weapon that is acquired after defeating Cultist Hunter B.
If equipped as a weapon, it has very good melee damage (5, on par with Bone Saw or Monkey Wrench), the highest damage-per-shot output out of any weapon (at 32), a very good hit chance, but it is also the slowest of all firearms in the game.
Due to its stats, the Hunting Rifle can one-shot most bosses and normal enemies, the Hunting Rifle is therefore, a very good anti-boss weapon in the game.
Acquisition[]
Can be obtained by defeating Cultist Hunter B.
Once unlocked via Final Stand III achievement, can be bought at Illegal Den for 11 FUNDS.
