Glued Corpse is an Enemy encountered in World of Horror.
Description[]
The Glued Corpse is a deceased body whose hands were glued to his face by his wife, whom he was apparently physically abusive to in life. Having resurrected as an undead being, the Glued Corpse seemingly attempted to free his hands ending up tearing a gigantic chunk of his face's skin off. His cheeks have been ripped apart as well, giving his mouth a slit-open appearance, and one eyeball is starting to fall out.
As such, he can only attack using his teeth or head.
Strategy[]
The Glued Corpse has a sturdy 20 health, up to 26 by the final mystery. He also possesses a -1ALL damage attack, climbing to a dangerous -2ALL on the final two mysteries. Thankfully, he has a pitiful Power stat of 8, making him very easy to hit. He possesses identical stats to the Puppet Matron, but has 2 less Power.
As an enemy, the Glued Corpse is roughly similar to fellow Downtown undead, the Ghoul, being sturdy enough to survive at least a turn and inflict some damage. The Ghoul is 12% harder to hit, while the Glued Corpse is more lethal when damage scaling kicks in, doing a total of 4 points of damage through the -2ALL attack.
As such, the Glued Corpse is a threat to characters with low combat viability, being able to survive long enough to dish out at least -1ALL damage. Characters with at least decent ability in combat should end the fight with minimal hits taken.
As an Undead creature, there is nothing to make his fight easier, since the Bone Saw's special ability is currently not working. Like nearly all undead, he is also weak to Fire, but the only two weapons in the game which use that as a damage type are either impractical to obtain or impractical to use in combat. As a result, it's best to ignore that and go at him with whatever weapon your character has on hand.
