The Gigolo appears to be a human with black slightly fuzzy hair with normal clothing. His face indicates something unnatural about him, as he has black circular beady eyes and unnaturally large lips with herpes-like lesions surrounding them. He is also described with unnaturally pale skin, and attacks the player with either a slap or a kiss in the air.
