Film Roll is the personal Preparation item of Kouji Tagawa.
Using it requires 1 Funds, and grants 10 Experience in turn. Film Roll can be used repeatedly, as long as you have Funds.

While it could be used by any character, Film Roll and Kouji's Deduction perk allow him to gain Experience faster than all others, allowing him to end the game with 2 or 3 levels higher than everyone else.
