This useful magical amulet increases your current Reason by +10 when worn, but it does not increase your Reason over its cap, and when removed will drop your Reason back down by 10 immediately. As such, it should only be used in emergencies when you are about to lose because of sanity loss, as equipping it too early will waste its benefits, and unequipping it when your Reason is low can lead to a game over from Reason loss.
