Burnt Notes is a quest item from the Eerie Episode of Evolving Eels mystery.
Inspecting the notes will present the player with the following text:
'(...) legend from the ---- prefecture eels tell of a small vil--ge of robbers who would ki-l all visitors and dump their corps-s into a lake full of eels. (...) eels of the ---- prefectu-- -ould lay their eggs inside huma--- ---- ---- (...)'
