Using the Bottle of Blood instantly kills you, and provides a unique death card. Other than that, the Bottle of Blood has zero other uses.

This item can be used to trigger a unique ending, the name of which is "Body Melted".

This item can be obtained from the Upper Kingdom if you have an Empty Bottle in your inventory.
