Blue Gem is a unique item that can be randomly obtained by choosing 'Discount Item' at Dog Shop in the 'Downtown' location. It cannot be sold or discarded; however, it can be placed in storage.

- Obtain the Blue Gem from the 'Discount Item' section in the dog shop.
- Investigate the Seaside until you get the Lighthouse Rumor event.
- Investigate the School until you get the Empty Corridor (or is it?) event.
- Investigate the Forest until you get the Strange Lights event.
Trivia[]
- The blue gem also appears on another of Panstasz's games in Dread X Collection 2, The Thing in the Lake.
- Its secret ending is a reference to the game series Silent Hill, which contains UFO and Dog endings.
