The Army Knife is a weapon found in World of Horror that can be unlocked from the achievement for researching five Spells at the Library.
One of the rare Perception-based melee weapons, the stainless steel Army Knife is a very effective weapon with a good 5 damage, decent 85 speed, and 70% hit chance.
Combat[]
The Army Knife's good stats all around make it a very effective weapon. Even characters with a lower Perception stat will find the Army Knife among the better weapons they can use, while characters with high Perception are particularly lethal with it.
It outperforms most other weapons in the game, being a direct upgrade to the Bone Saw, Crowbar, Heavy Duty Flashlight, and Straight Razor among others. The Army Knife is additionally comparable or even slightly better than good weapons such as the Monkey Wrench and Fire Axe in killing power.
Against its fellow Perception weapons, this stainless steel knife outcompetes all of them in melee combat except for the Switchblade, Box Cutter, and Chainsaw.
However, the combat effectiveness of the Army Knife is countered by having to spend 4 FUNDS for it in the Illegal Den, a difficult investment especially on higher difficulties. As such, players have to carefully consider on whether they would be better off purchasing a cheaper, less effective weapon.

- Dropped by Anomaly Attendant & Corpse Caregiver if your character has either the Dog ally or the Pickpocket perk.
