Ancestral Strength is a Spell in World of Horror unlocked by reaching turn 40 in Endless Mode. See Achievements.
Ancestral Strength imbues the player with the strength of his/hers ancestors, allowing them to deal +1 Damage at one-time cost of -4 Reason.
This is a largely situational spell given the high reason damage. It should only be used when fighting against bosses or tough enemies.

Like most spells, Ancestral Strength can be obtained from Events, studying at the Library, bought from the History Club and using a Dusty Grimoire and/or Library Notes.
